Cancellation policy is enforced 100% of the time. Please understand there’s a 50% fee of your booked service for any cancellations within 48 hours and a 100% no show fee. Cancellations must be made through gloss genius. Any appointments cancelled through email will not be honored. Please be on time! Any client later than 15 minutes will have to reschedule with 50% deposit. If your appointment is earlier than 8am it’s likely you’re the first client of the day. If lights are on, the door is unlocked. Being prepared with inspo photos is ideal.
